A time for you to find peace and tranquility.  An hour of meditation set in the comfortable calm environment of my healing room.This will be a small group (maximum of 6) and is suitable for all; from beginners to more experienced meditators.  Working in a group setting can really help.

Practising meditation and mindfulness in your every day life can help overcome depression, manage pain, deal with life’s challenges including anxiety, stress,  exhaustion and irritability can decrease with regular sessions of meditation and mental functioning can improve.

“There is no need to go to India to find that inner peace.  You will find that place of silence right in your room, your garden or even your bathtub.”  Elizabeth Kubler-Ross
