A mediation group on the second Friday of each month. Working with the gentle, yet powerful energy of crystals. Hosted by myself and the lovely Candice. Experience the different energies of crystals and see for yourself how they can enhance meditation and bring about a feeling of wellbeing.

It is now widely recognised by society that meditation is extremely beneficial for our mind, lowering stress levels, body helping with physical pain and easing tension in muscles and our spirit. It helps us to relax, clears our mind and releases negative energy and unwanted thoughts. Using crystals for meditation is a powerful tool to deepen your meditation, as well as achieve a specific outcome during your meditation. On a spiritual level, meditating with crystals can help to raise your consciousness and awareness, deepening your intuition and bringing insight.

Come and join us for a monthly evening of calm, tranquillity and crystals.

Whether you are new to meditation or you would like to strengthen your existing practice this is a space and time just for you.

Practising meditation and mindfulness in your every day life can help overcome depression, manage pain, deal with life’s challenges including anxiety, stress,  exhaustion and irritability can decrease with regular sessions of meditation and mental functioning can improve.

A one day workshop to awaken the Violet Flame Chakra.  Learn how to work with this wonderful multi-dimensional healing tool.  This is a day of transformation in a safe high frequency space. 

By awakening the Violet Flame Chakra we are accessing a part of our soul that we had forgotten, it is a helps us to further connect with that part of ourselves that is linked to the Divine. This process works at raising our own vibration and transmuting negative into positive.

During this workshop we will:

  • Awaken your Violet Flame Chakra
  • Work an energy healing tool known as the the Rescue Flames
  • Access seeing with the Eyes of the Soul
  • Work with a direct link to the presences and keepers of the Violet Flame.

This workshop is passed on to you by Lesley from the original work of Edwin Courtney and Diana Savile.

This workshop is suitable for people who are on their own spiritual path.  There is opportunity for progression to learn how to pass this gift on to others
