A mediation group on the second Friday of each month. Working with the gentle, yet powerful energy of crystals. Hosted by myself and the lovely Candice. Experience the different energies of crystals and see for yourself how they can enhance meditation and bring about a feeling of wellbeing.

It is now widely recognised by society that meditation is extremely beneficial for our mind, lowering stress levels, body helping with physical pain and easing tension in muscles and our spirit. It helps us to relax, clears our mind and releases negative energy and unwanted thoughts. Using crystals for meditation is a powerful tool to deepen your meditation, as well as achieve a specific outcome during your meditation. On a spiritual level, meditating with crystals can help to raise your consciousness and awareness, deepening your intuition and bringing insight.

Come and join us for a monthly evening of calm, tranquillity and crystals.

“When a certain number of people come together and they choose at a moment in time to create a precise emotion in their hearts, that emotion literally can intentionally influence the very fields that sustain the life on planet earth.” Greg Braden 💚

Scientific studies have been done that show the power of collective thought, meditation and prayer. This is a monthly circle where during meditation we send healing to the Earth as a whole and also specific situations, places and events. There will also be time for discussion and ‘eco brainstorming’.

This will run from 11am – 12pm with time after for refreshments and chat.
The exchange for this is a donation of either cash or organic fruit, veg or tea!
